The Tatchu Adventures Eco Surf Village on Nootka island consists of over 1500 meters of boardwalk throughout the village to the tree houses, common building (with guest accommodation), sauna, wash huts and biomass outhouses, with points of interest along the way.

The Lodge - common building - is the centre of activity for meals, relaxing, surf reports and expedition planning. Like the treehouses, the lodge was designed by Clay and Silvi and constructed from local timbers.

There are plenty of areas for you to discover on Nootka Island. Explore the coastal rainforest on foot and learn about untold tales and ancient giants. Let our guides show you what has been witnessed by only a few in the history of European contact.

Surfing is right outside your front door - a healthy beach break, or, reef (lefts and rights) and point breaks are a short walk away.
Each day we will check to see what the surf is doing and our knowledgeable guides will be able to take you to the spots where the surf is up.

Après surf or hike, gather at the main lodge for great company and to enjoy the fine, organic west coast cuisine that you will never forget.

Follow up dinner with a retreat to the sauna where you can reflect on your day at Beano Creek or enjoy a glass of wine while you watch amazing sunsets by the fire. Later in the evening you can journey back to your swank and comfy west coast tree house.
